Trikker passed an unofficial Retriever Test at the final of our training at our local
hunting club.

She also hat her hips x-ray, which according to the vet looked good. We are now awaiting
the verification from DKK.

Today ConCateNate's Man At The Top
- Mickey - passed "Land & Vand" - Retrieving bird from land and water. Now
he is ready for the Field Trial.
ConCateNate's No Surrender - Trikker did OK on land, but when it
came to the water she just strolled along the bathing jetty checking out the rowing boat,
didn't find the oars and went back......Failed.

Today was last day of training at our local hunting
club. It ended with an unofficial test.
Trikker got forty out of forty points ..........Clever girl :-)

Today was last day of field training at the Spaniel
Club. It ended with an unofficial test. Trikker was second
best in beginder class out of 9.
She lost her point in retrieving but that dont bother me, as this
is only a matter of training.
The good words about her drive and hunt pleased me very much
:-)

Trikker from our 2004-Litter stayed at the block. As a
new companion, when all her littermates left her, she got TIGER. - A soft toy. He is still
her very good companion :-) And till now nobody has been questionable about his tiger
skills although he got spots :-)

Today! - Trikker 1½ year old with her beloved
Tiger. Whenever I come home - or back in the house (you
know! just out with the garbage) Trikker's greeting me with Tiger in her mouth. She
just love that Tiger, and are taking very good care of him. Not a scratch :-)
Today I captured them with my camera down in the cellar.
Not easy; as they are very much "on the move" :-)
PS! The other dogs dont care about Tiger. He just lay aroundt
until Trikker grabs him. |

boyfriend Thorsten for a mating end december/early januar. Hopefully; there will be pups
available in may 2006.

Open Show, Danish Spaniel Club, Reg 2.
I entered the hole gang. And our foundation bitch Sisse was BIS1 :-) At the age of 11+,
she is still an outstanding ESS.
Sisse was best Veteran. Noony was best in working class and BIS5. Trikker got a second
price, I can fully agree with that as she is at the moment just legs, skinny and bright
eyes. She needs to develop more :-)

Profil for ESS.

back Bo & Anni stopped in Soltau for a 2 day SZS show where Baloo both days was
awarded as best dog in Working Class, also awarded with VDH-Certifikat :-)

spending there holidays camping in South of Europe.
They attented an International Show in Ludwigshafen.

Shrovetide was passed by a month, but the kids did beat the barrel. There were also prices
to the kid best dressed up :-)

ConCateNate's I Will Follow (Skipper) passed
the Obediencetest No. 1 with a first price. He was selected to compete in the Danish
Championship, but his handler Willy will be spending his holidays in Greece that week-end,
sow they are not participating.

Today I updated my site, and deleted Skipper from the
link; Us Dogs, as he crossed the Rainbow Bridge last summer, at the age of 14 years. He
was the pioneer, as he was the first English Springer Spaniel in the family. We hat Cocker
Spaniel before that. You may say that been a pioneer is hard work, and in a way -
Skipper agreed. He was the first dog I entered in a show and a field-trial. Man! - was I'm
an ambitious amateur. OK Skipper was not helping me much. As you may understand he never
was the perfect "show or field-trial dog", but as a family dog, his faculties
was eminent. And as a gundog he was also just fantastic. Skipper and our neighbour; Kim
hat sow many great hours in the field. The last years Skipper
would most of all enjoy relaxing in his basket together with the cats. He was one of a
kind, and are dearly missed.
Now our house is blessed with the following ESS; Spinner (12 years) Sisse (9 years) Noony
(5 years) and Simone (3 years)

We had made planes for a litter this spring, but Noony
was draging on time regarding to her season, sow we decided to wait until spring 2004. In
spring 2004 we will be having a litter with the same combination as our 2002 litter. You
can meet the 2002 pups here & here.
And here you can meet them as they have grown up. 2002 later on.
Otherwise we are just looking forward to spring and summer. We are planning some shows and
trails for Simone, sow stay tuned :-)

at a German Clubshow, healt by Jagd Spanielklub Deutschland, awarded as best dog in
open class, also awarded with VDH-certifikaten and then awarded as BOS
and BOB.
This is his 3rd certifikat, gained at only 3 shows. Now he has to wait a year to try to
get the 4th and final certifikat to become a VDH-Champion.

again, passed The Test of Retrieving. This time with toppoints 30. She passed the
Obediencetest, and got a first prize at the open show. She was runner-up in the open to
gain the titel; Bedst All-Round dog in The Danish Spaniel Club, region 3. But was beaten
by a Cocker in a silly competition with a dummy, where the judge pointed out the dog with
the most beautiful retrieve.
