Today was the last training session at our place.
First a bit of obedience:
We were all more steady at our stay command today.
And here I'm retrieving:
High speed :-) And sometimes my Ma' has to give me a little lesson,
in order for me not to get too excited :-)
Now I'm of for X-mas holidays. See You next year :-)

Today we were training track and retrieving with dove.
First a bit of obedience:
Meggie and I was very naughty when training the stay command.
Megan was steady as a rock, as always :-)

On saturdays we have been doing some training here at our place together with some friends
from the Spaniel Club. We are training elements for the Obidience 2.
Such as; obedienc, retrieving, tracking etc.
My brother Tøffe and my sister Faithy are also attending on-and-of.

Today was the last training session in the Spaniel Club, reg. 2.
The training in the Lokal Hunting Club stoped midt september, and I have been in season,
so not much training for the last four weeks.
Here is a photo from today of our team at the Spaniel Club.

Regrettably the blitz , really caught the dogs eyes :-(

At todays training I was retrieving rabbit and dove very well.
The photo quality is not the best. But I was the best :-) Here are some photo's from my

Started training in the Spaniel Club, reg. 2. Obidience 2. This is our team :-)
Meggie, Trikker, Megan, Skipper, Cayenne, Lyt, Maggie, Tøffe and
Skipper. 8 ESS and 1 WSS.

Started retriever training in our Lokal Hunting Club. There are six Labrador Retrievers,
one German Short Haired and me :-)

I have been training obidience in the Danish Spaniel Club, no photos from that as my Ma'
has been more concentrated on me than on the camera :-)

Fifth and last time at retriever training at our local hunting-club in Hedehusene :-)
Finished with a test! I passed the bassic retriever test as third winner :-)
My sister Faithy was not there, as the family is spending hollidays in Austria.

Third time at retriever training at our local hunting-club in Hedehusene :-)
I'm doing great, very happy to retrieve, and making progress with the delivery of the
game.
I was absent for the first three lessons due to beeing in season. My sister Faithy has
been absent the last two lessons for the same reason. But she is back at training, and she
can retrieve doves as well :-) Just see belowe photo.

Firsth time at retriever training at our local hunting-club in Hedehusene :-)
12.03.2005 - Seventh and final time at training. Finished
with a test! I got 40 points out of 40 in obidience :-)
05.03.2005 - Sixth time at training. Due to lots of snow,
about 30/40 cm., it was kind of hard to train today but we managed :-)
No progress to report.
28.02.2005 - From my fifth time at training. Got some
photo's from another photographer - me and some of my classmates :-)
26.02.2005 - Fifth time at training. Now I'm 99,9 % steady
at my sit and stay.
Sit on whistle has also improved, even at distance. Retrieving my
little white rabbit is getting better. So when daylight comes and we can train in the
evenings I'm sure I get the grip of it :-) The reason why we have not been doing our
homework is that Ma' is away all day at work, and it is dark in the evening :-( Looking
forward to spring-time :-)
Today my sister Faithy came by at our training place. We had great fun afterwards playing
in the snow.

19.02.2005 - Fourth time at training. I'm getting better at
my sit and stay. And even the trainers praised me today :-)
The only photo of today is some of my class-mates:
12.02.2005 - Third time at training. This week my Ma' took a
holiday and we have been training. Actual I'm good at my sit and stay position at home.
Not so good when we are a group :-( But I'm learning and getting better, not so
steady yet :-)
Walking at lease, the Zig-Zag, homecall in front of the other chaps and steady at post at
lease is ok :-)
I still want some action and take my round-abouts and that is ok with my Ma', I'm only 6
month, and Ma' dont want a dull Springer :-)
But she is trying to control me...getting better :-) I know she is in charge :-)

05.02.2005 - Second time at training. Well! we did'nt do our
homework this week, but I was better at walking at lease and do the Zig-Zag, as I am now
more familiar with the place and the other dogs.
Another thing that has been improved, is my Ma's control over me when I decide to race the
field to let everybody see little lovely me. Ma used to just call and call, run the other
way and try to get my attention. Did I care - NO!
Now at the first sign of me moving away, and go round-abouts, Ma' gives me a very clear
signal NO! I'll ignor this at first, but then she will give me a very strong signal of
SIT! (using voice and hand) Then I just roll over fool about
and play dead, but I'm staying. Good training :-)

Good old chaps in the hunting club. - Per and Leon. - Training
labradors with good results :-) Ma' known them for 16 years, training with different dogs.

29.01.2005 - First time at training, where the expectation to my
obedience is quit a bit higher than it was in Kindergarten.
We are now training at our local hunting-club in Hedehusene. Where also my Mummy and my
Grandmummy was trained with so good results so they both have past the test of retrieving
with top points (30) and also the field trial, no points giving - just past:-)
They have three levels; beginners, trained and advanced. We are attending the
trained-class :-) This first time in class we were two black, one yellow, and one brown
Labrador Retriever, a Clumber Spaniel and little me :-)
The training is based on moments in order to gain the working test for retrievers.
Today we did; walking on and of lease, straight out and in Zig-Zag. Sit on whistle. Sit
and stay. Sit and stay when dummies was thrown. Sit and stay - and get the dummie, not
using the word apport yet :-)
Great training, now we realy have to do our homework :-)
22.01.2005 - My eleventh and last time in Kindergarten.
This was my last time in kindergarten, I have now reach the age where we must move on to
next level. As I understand it there will not be as many titbits there as in kindergarten.
:-(
The further training is at an unsuitable time for Ma, so I don't know if we will be
joining,
or find another place to train.
15.01.2005 - My tenth time in Kindergarten.
First time in kindergarten after a long relaxing holiday the result was fairly good.
Walking on lease and sit was ok.
Lay-down was no good. But I did meet my litter-mates, and that was fun :-)

11.12.2004 - My ninth time in Kindergarten.
Today was last lesson before X-mas, so we only hat ½ a hour of tranining before we went
roundt the
Christmas tree singing good old christmas songs and was served mulled wine and small cakes
of batter

20.11.2004 - My sixth time in Kindergarten.
There are no photos from this and from my fifth lesson, as my Ma' has to focus more on me
instead of the
camera.
But I'm doing pretty good. Especially of leash with the sit,
stand and lay down.
I'm also good in seek, find and retrieve. 3 out of 5 I go back to my Ma' with the dummy.
2 out of 5 I race arround the field and present the dummy to my classmates.

He managed to grab it 3 times today before I was even send.
His is now known as "The dummy thief" :-)

It is not the weather. It's the camera :-( Kennel-ma gotta get a new one. This is to
slow for active Springers :-)

Kindergarten. Today was also a rainy day, so the photos are

reations, to be rewarded with a titbit. One of the exercises today was; making a triangel
with 3 cones, ten meters between the cones, go off-lease and make stops for sit, stand and
