We had happy holidays. Relaxing :-) And we got

I have been on excursions with our neighbours and
there dog Garzim. He is an 18 month old Tervuren; training to be a rescuedog.

At the moment I'm a long-legged skinny teen-ager and
got a second price at the open show under judge Jens Karlsson. My critic:
Ung tæve af god type og størrelse. Godt hoved. Korrekt bid. For lyse øjne.
Tilstrækkelig hals og god stærk ryg. Velplacerede skuldre, men for kort overarm.
Tilstrækkelig vinklet bag. Ønsker mere brystkasse og dybde. Ønsker mere benstammer. På
dagen noget smal. Mere mad. Godt præsenteret.

Right now I'm in season so I just have
to stay home with my Ma and Grandma.

Today I went training with my sister Faithy with a
dove.

I took holiday for a month. No training :-) Just
fooling around :-) Ma says I'm so naughty now so the autumn training will do me good. We
will be attending in our lokal Hunting Club and in the Spaniel Club.
Today we went water retrieving with my sister Faithy.

Yesterday was my first birthday. I spend it together
with my sister Faithy and my new friend Sam at the nearby lake.

Hat an appointment with my sister Faithy at a nearby

And I was also introduced to a new friend :-)

Here I am with my new friend Sam. We are waiting for
my sister Faithy to bring back the dummy. Sam is a
Mixed-Breed out of Cocker Spaniel and Welsh Springer Spaniel.

Summer really hit Denmark. It's 32C+
Much too hot for any dog activities during the day.
I'm just relaxing on the cool floor in our basement :-)
I'll start up training in august so come back and visit. |

Attended the Spaniel Day in reg. 2.
Passed the obedience Test with a second price and 32 point out of 40. Disappointing my Ma
at the retrieving :-( Well she knows I can do it so she's not that disappointed
afterall. I just hat a day were a tuft of grass was much more interesting than my dummy
:-)
Got a first price at the open show under judge Lisbeth Utke Ramsing.
My critic:
Elegant tæve. Passende benstammer. Lidt lille men feminint hoved. Velplacerede
lysebrune øjne. Endnu ikke helt udfyldt næseparti. Kraftigt saksebid. God hals og
overlinie. Godt tilbagelagt skulder. Velvinklet bag. Udmærket forbryst. Paralelle frie
bevægelser med godt fraskub bag. Let tåtrang for. Udmærket pels og prima temperament.

Here is what I been up to lately :-)

Whent to my second Official Show at DKK Show in
Hillerød under judge Erna-Britt Nordin, Sweden.
Got a first price and was third winner in the class out of seven.My critic: (Swedish)
Søtt tik med feminint hoved og bra proportioner. Bra overlinie, og bra bryst. Lite
rakstelt i over armene, mycket bra vinklet bak. Rør sig med bra stek. Bra pels. Trevligt
temperament.

Attended the Spaniel Day in reg. 1. Passed the obediencetest no. 1 with a first price and 38 point out of 40.
My sister Faithy was Best at the test with 40 points :-)
I was best at a "Mini-Retrieving-Test" and gained
a trophy which will be posted to me, so I'll show you later :-)
Got a first price at the open show under judge; Thorkild
Mogensen, Sweden.
My critic:
En sød og racetypisk springertæve. Smukt hoved, kunne ønskes en anelse mørkere
øjne. Flot hals og ryglinie. Velvinklet for og bagtil. Bevæger sig flot. God
pelskvalitet.

Here is what I been up to lately :-)

Whent to my first Official Show at DKK Show in
Ballerup under judge Moa Persson, Sweden.
Got a second price, as many of the dogs there, even the dog that was BIM at Spaniel Club
Cert. Show the day before.
Behaving very well. - Good training :-)
And I'm only 9½ month :-)
My critic: (Swedish)
Mycket god type og storkel, tikhuved med bra skallparti, behöver fylde mere ud nos
parti, og alt for lyse ögan stör mig, tilstreklig vinklet frem, velvinklet bag, kunne
have haft lite mere benstammer, velkroppet. Lavt ansat svans som hun kunne have båret
bedre, før sig med godt steg. pga ögon, svans pris 2Not
too bad at all, as every body knows that the colour of the eys is not at all finished at
that age.

Whent to an opent DKK Show in Køge under judge
Lisbeth Bech, Denmark. I was BIR. Hi-hi - peace of cake - I was the only ESS. Did not
place in BIG, they where much older dogs. But then again we got some practice.
My critic: (Danish)
Unghunde tæve, god størrelse, korrekt bid, feminent hoved og udtryk, velansatte
ører, stærk overlinie, god brystdybde for alderen, lidt kort overarm, velvinklet bag,
stærke benstammer, tætte poter, sunde bevægelser fra siden, lidt trang bag |
22. APRIL 2005
Today I went for some training together with my
mummy Noony and my uncle Kløver, who is a son of my grandmummy Sisse and my uncle
Spinner. We went to a nearby lake because I have not experienced water more than onces and
it is about time I get used to it. I'm almost there :-) My frontpaws are paddling, but my
backpaws are still on the ground. Only a matter of seconds before I let go :-)
To tease me Ma throw a dove, which I'm happy to retrieve.

are so clever, they can retrieve a duck throw'n on an island at the sea. They just swim
over - get the duck - and swim back. Hopefully I will bee just as clever :-) |

Thereafter we went for a good walk also leaving us to run free at the bridle path, covered
with black ground, getting us very dirty. So we hat to get our paws clean at the lake. No
swimming; we just got dry :-) Just paddling :-) |

11. APRIL 2005
This week-end the weather was great, so us dogs went
with Ma' to do some gardening.

he went into the house to make himself comfortable on the sofa :-) Here he is on his way :-) |

27. MARCH 2005
Long time no updates. But here are the latest news
:-)
I was supposed to start retriever training in our local hunting-club on march 15th. But
Ma' had a very bad cold so we did'nt go. Ma' just went down there to sign us up. Then
about a week ago I came in season. Meaning that I could not participade in training last
tuesday, and for the next 2 weeks :-(
I have been attending two open showes in puppyclass. Both with
first price. In the first of them my brother Tøffe was best ESS pup, BIS pup and BIS 3.
In the second my brother Mickey was best ESS pup. - BIS pup was a WSS.
I also attended pairclass together with my Mummy; Noony :-) What a mess :-) We do look
very much alike :-) But I still need to learn running in the same direction as my Ma' and
Mummy :-) Well these shows are for learning :-)
Then I was at a trimming course - after the shows. Perhaps
not so good planning. My brother's Sigge and Tøffe was there to :-)
When learning to trim our neck we were wearing a bow. Not to charming for a huntingdog :-(

13. FEBRUARY 2005
Just when we thought Spring was right around the
corner, we had a snowstorm. Great fun for a young dog :-)
9. FEBRUARY
2005
Today we went for show-training in DKK reg. 2. We
hat an appointment with Tøffe and Sigge to meet and so we did. That was great meeting my
brothers, they are so handsome :-) And we did get some good advice from the trainers.
Unfortunately the photographer of the day is a true amateur :-( Or maybe not
concentrated on the job :-(
Only one photo turned out ok. Tøffe and Nageena. Sure they will get the grip of it :-) It
was their first time at this.
6. FEBRUARY 2005
I had some minor problems when travelling in the
car, as I got sick or was drooling a lot. Ma' knows that it can take time for pups to
devolope the right balance, so she was not worried. But somone told us that it might be
the car, having to loose shock absorbers. So from then on we borrowed Dad's car. And I'm
not sick any more when we are driving :-)

4. FEBRUARY
2005
Today we went for show-training in the Collie-Club.
It's so great. So nice people and nice dogs :-)

When we meet, we are all free and have the
opportunity to greet one another. Here we are greeting the

I'm even getting better at my stand position. Now I
can nearly stand still two seconds :-) |

on the collies. Look at poor little me. What's my Ma'

Well it's just that my Ma' told me that her favourite breed as a
kit was the collie. She is from the Lassie-generation, so I have to keep an eye on her. |

was trowing a ball so it might have been somthing to retrieve :-) It was not :-(

Unfortunately next training is not
before the 12th of April. But we are looking forward to that.

21. JANUARY
2005
Ma' has been "Googeling" the internet to
find show-training close to us. And she found the Collie-Club, training in Tåstrup only
four km from our home.
They were so kind to let us participate in there training, so we went there today. That
was great.
They even hat breaks were we ran free :-)

This is some of my experience's the past three
weeks:
Ma' and me went to grandma's place with
the Advent wreath. And for a countrygirl like me, I must say she lives in a very busy
place, in the mittle of a very big city called Roskilde. There are lots of people and
traffic. I even had two rides in an elevator. First up and later on down. I was'nt scared
of anything, except maybee for going into the elevator, but onces I was there I enjoyed
the ride :-)
This was my first time in the "big city" without my mummy Noony.

The week-end after we went to an Open Show at
Spaniel Klubben Region 2 X-mas Show.
My first show so we brought my mummy Noony, to make me confident. Did I need that?
Now! I wad so great. I was BIS Baby, beating a Cocker and two Welsh Babies. One of my Ma's
friends Jonna handled me in Breeding Class, where I together with my mummy Noony and my
uncle Baloo was BIS.
As my mummy Noony hat won the working class and both of us were entering the BIS-Finale.
Jonna handled me onces again. And I was BIS6, Nooony was BIS3.
Judge opinion;
Harmonisk baby tæve, en anelse højt stillet, dejligt feminint hoved. Korrekt bid og
øjen og øre, god hals og ryg linie. Særdeles velvinklet for og bag. Bevæger sig med
virkeligt godt drive, god farve og pels. |

And then this last week-end we went to an Open

Three of my sisters/brothers were there, and it was so funny to meet again.
I was best Baby, also beating an American Cocker.
In BIS finale I was BIS4.

helhedsudtryk. Velansatte ører. God hals og overlinie. Udmærket krop for alderen.
Særdeles velvinklet for og bag. Prima frie bevægelser. Godt temperament. God pels og
farve. En særdeles lovende tæve. Velpræsenteret.

I got a new friend called Dyson. He is replacing my
old chap Nilfisk. This one can suck up doghair from mils
around so Ma' told me to stay away from it, in order to not end up as a Chines hairless
:-)
But I think it's kind of cute, so I will follow it around :-) |
